CAMPFIRE GIN MULE
They say gin begins where vodka ends so why not add more kick to your mule with a combination of ten Campfire Gin botanicals and fiery Fever-Tree Ginger Beer.
50ml Campfire London Dry Gin
100ml Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
30ml Simple syrup
25ml Fresh lime juice
8-10 Mint leaves
In a cocktail shaker muddle the mint leaves in the simple syrup, add the Campfire Gin and fresh lime juice. Shake and pour over ice. Top with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer, garnish with more mint leaves and lime wedge.
