Not everyone is going to sit by the fire gazing at the stars whilst sipping a remarkably smooth splash of neat Campfire Gin, so here are some alternative serves.
GRANDMA'S APPLE PIE
We called this one Grandma’s Apple Pie Eyed but it was actually Kate’s Grandad who had a fondness for Advocaat. He would make Snowball cocktails as everyone did back in the 70s. Ever since then it has been a favourite of Kate’s but it took some convincing for Ben to try it in an alternative cocktail. We think this makes an amazing autumnal warming drink.
50ml Campfire London Dry Gin
10ml Liberty Fields apple syrup
5ml Caramel syrup
Caramel shard for garnish
Add all ingredients except the ice and garnish to a cocktail shaker and shake. Then add the ice and stir for 20 seconds. Fine strain into a glass and decorate with the caramel shard.
