An event packed full of flavour and aroma… Back by popular demand World Cheese Awards judge Toby Murray from Tring’s specialist cheese retailer Beechwood Fine Foods will be joining us at the distillery armed with amazing English cheeses to pair with our very own Campfire Gin.
Last time our taste buds were tantalised by an intriguing selection of cheese. One was washed in English rose water and another wrapped in vine leaves – my particular favourite Charcoal Cheddar even made it to our Christmas dinner cheese board! Toby will introduce each cheese with a little info about how it’s produced and we will serve samples of Campfire Gin plus perfectly matched mini cocktails to try with them. Six cheeses in total with a full sized G&T to finish off the evening and cleanse your palate!
