This is going to be an event full of flavour and aroma… World Cheese Awards judge Toby Murray from Tring’s specialist cheese retailer Beechwood Fine Foods is coming to the distillery armed with some amazing English cheeses to pair with Campfire Gin.

Toby is planning an intriguing selection made from cows, ewes and goat’s milk – from the simple where it’s all about texture to the more complex which is washed in English Rose Water! While Toby introduces the cheese we will serve neat samples of Campfire Gin and mini cocktail tasters to try with them. Six cheeses in total with a full sized G&T to finish off the evening and cleanse your palate!
