Marking the celebration of World Gin Day (10 June), we are excited to announce a unique two evening event in collaboration with talented chef Alison Young, founder of the highly acclaimed Chappell & Caldwell pop up supper club.
Following a visit to one of Alison’s St Albans based events we challenged her to create a menu based upon the ten botanicals in Campfire Gin. We’ve seen the result, trust us, it’s sensational. This multi-course meal will be paired with a series of gin-based drinks and botanical infusions, starting of course with an ice-cold martini.
A maximum of 24 diners per evening seated across two tables.
This is a celebration of food and gin. There will be no wine or beer available. Soft drinks will be supplied. As this is a set menu event, we are terribly sorry that we are unable to cater for vegetarians and that the menu will include hazelnuts and caffeine.
