PUD PUD Cherry Christmas Gin is a delectable blend of juniper and key ingredients from our favourite Hertfordshire Christmas pudding recipe. It’s then rested for two months in ex-bourbon casks and infused with ruby red, sweet lapin cherries grown by Horwood Cherries in Buckinghamshire.
This Christmas gin is juniper forward with notes of light spices, fruit and raisin. Fresh orange peel adds a touch of additional citrus and it gains gentle sweetness from the cherries and soft vanilla notes from the oak cask. There is no added sugar. PUD PUD Cherry Gin is a rich, dark cherry red and best served with an Indian or Aromatic tonic water to open up the flavour.
2023 sees the launch of PUD PUD Cherry Gin in it’s beautiful new bigger bottle. The cherry gin is visible through the chevron pattern printed on the bottle. We carefully fill each bottle individually and they’re labelled by hand with a copper, gold and black foiled cherrywood veneer label. 70cl, 38% ABV.
Gluten free and vegan friendly. We use fresh fruit so a small amount of sediment may appear in the bottle. This is just cherry goodness!

The cherry wood used for our PUD PUD labels is unprocessed, mechanical manufactured 100% pure wood which is PEFC and FSC certified.
Packaging
Our 70cl bottles are made from 40% recycled glass and do not have a big plug of glass in the base. Less glass equates to a reduced carbon footprint during production, transit and recycling, which we all know is a very good thing.
Postage packaging for our 70cl bottle, gift packs and gift sets is cardboard and paper. Packing chips are made from corn starch and are soluble in water.

This is my ‘go to’ winter/Christmas gin. It is truly delicious and the cherries come ‘carolling’ through. I rush down to the distillery shop as soon as I hear it’s been released on sale! Love it! 😋
