ACCESSIBILITY
Come on in and explore Puddingstone Distillery – the home of multi-award winning Campfire Gin. When you visit our distillery in Tring you can expect a warm welcome.
Step free access
We welcome disabled visitors to the distillery shop and on our distillery tour evenings. The gin stills (where we make our gin) are in the same room as the distillery shop which has step free access from the car park. This room is also where we hold the distillery tour evenings.
Seating
On distillery tours a seat is provided for every guest – choose between bench seats, chairs and stools. Due to restrictions of the site we offer space for one wheelchair user per distillery tour event. Seating is also available during shop hours on Fridays and Saturdays if you'd like to join us for a free gin tasting experience.
Assistance dogs
All well behaved dogs are welcome in the distillery including assistance dogs. We can provide a water bowl if required, please let us know either before arrival or on arrival.
Free place for support worker or personal assistant
We offer one free place (place and soft drinks but no alcoholic drinks) per distillery tour event for a support worker or personal assistant. Email us your booking reference or call us (01442 502033) to book this space or check availability.
Toilets
The toilets are in a separate building outside and are shared with the farm shop and café which are also welcoming to disabled visitors. There's no steps to navigate – access from the distillery to the toilets is on the same level.
Parking
On shop open days there is usually parking spaces close to the distillery entrance but we do share the car park with the farm shop and café. As the distillery tours are held in the evening there's less cars on site and more choice of parking space.
