Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the products and number of items ordered plus the delivery area.

Free delivery on orders over £80. Free delivery offers are subject to change. Offer quoted on the website is the offer that will be applied. Orders under £80 will have a delivery charge of:

Via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for or APC signed for
From £5.40 – 70cl, 50cl, 10cl bottles, gin gift packs, gin gift sets, accessories, aperitifs and cocktail bitters

Via Royal Mail 1st class
£2.50 – gin gift and tour vouchers

Coupon codes may be restricted to one online order per guest email address or login ID number and household depending on the coupon offer.

Free delivery applies on all orders over the stated amounts during relevant promotional periods.

Collect from distillery by appointment
If you wish to collect your order from the distillery please select the ‘Collect from distillery by appointment’ shipping option during the check out stage. Once we receive your order we will contact you via text and email to let you know when it is ready to collect. Generally it is ready the same day or next day between 9am and 5pm but please wait for us to advise. Collection days exclude Sundays and bank holidays.


We can dispatch orders to your home or your place of work. Please allow 2-3 working days to deliver. We calculate working days as Monday to Friday, not counting Bank Holidays. If you order after 11am we will count the next day as the first working day for delivery.

Sometimes due to the high number of orders or at peak times such as Christmas it might take a little bit longer. If we are aware of delays we will try and email you. The latest recommend posting date for Christmas is advised by Royal Mail and is not a guarantee of delivery by 24 December.

We accept no liability for goods required by a specific date which fail to arrive due to circumstance beyond our control. We will always do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, but please allow plenty of time for time-critical items, especially at busy times like Christmas. We accept no liability if your delivery is delayed due to accidents, fire, flood, storms, other severe weather, acts of god, wars, riots, civil commotion, or malicious damage.

Currently we only deliver to the United Kingdom via our online shop.

Returns and exchange
On receipt of your order, please check it carefully and notify us immediately if you have the wrong item, or if it has been damaged. If goods are damaged you should contact us straight away with full contact details and photographic evidence of the damage.

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason please contact us within 7 days for a refund. All shipping back to us is paid by the customer. Items must be shipped in the original packaging to prevent damage. We are unable to refund you for your postal fees. A refund is only payable upon the receipt of resalable product.

If your delivery is returned to us because you have given an incomplete or incorrect delivery address we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery charge to re-send.
