Not everyone is going to sit by the fire gazing at the stars whilst sipping a remarkably smooth splash of neat Campfire Gin, so here are some alternative serves.
We first experimented with this autumnal cocktail creation during the annual Tring Apple Fayre. We use freshly pressed apple juice from P E Mead & Sons Farm Shop on the site where we are based.
40ml Campfire Cask Aged Gin
30ml Lemon juice
2tbsp Maple syrup
100ml Apple juice, cloudy
Apple slice for garnish
First cool your glass in the freezer for a few minutes. Add the ingredients and a couple of ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 1-2 minutes and strain into your chilled glass. Carefully add the sliced apple garnish.
