Not everyone is going to sit by the fire gazing at the stars whilst sipping a remarkably smooth splash of neat Campfire Gin, so here are some alternative serves.
The first cocktail created by Kate specifically for our PUD PUD seasonal gin. Combining the sweet but subtle nature of pear juice, the fruitiness of cranberry bitters and rich spicy, juniper characteristics of PUD PUD.
Egg white does not impart any flavour but adds a lovely smooth foamy texture, just follow the instructions on “dry shaking” for the perfect serve.
25ml Puddingstone Pudding Gin (PUD PUD)
50ml pear juice
½ medium egg white
Add gin, pear juice, a couple of dashes of cranberry bitters and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 20 seconds to chill and dilute. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
