COCKTAIL RECIPES

Campfire Navy Strength Gin cocktail recipes pair this cocktail spirit with cream, ginger syrup, fresh ginger and mint. If you’re a fan of gin and fruit cocktails then the classic Greyhound is an excellent choice combining gin and grapefruit or blackberry liqueur in the Autumn Spice Bramble and apple juice with orange bitters in the Red Admiral. The original Pink Gin is Navy Strength gin and Angostura bitters but our Pink Campfire pairs gin with Aromatic tonic where flavour and colour comes from Angostura bark.

Campfire Navy Strength Gin Southside cocktail recipe

SOUTHSIDE

History
We think a Campfire Gin Mint Julep is an amazing cocktail but the Southside cocktail made with our Campfire Navy Strength Gin takes it up a notch. The Southside can be made with or without a soda top up. We prefer without. Think Mojito with the rum switched for gin!

Ingredients
60ml Campfire Navy Strength Gin
Approx 7 Mint leaves
25ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Cane sugar syrup

Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker part filled with ice and shake well for 30 seconds. Fine strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with extra mint leaves.
