Created for a special collaboration with Two Spoons Tea using their Lapsang Souchong loose leaf tea.
For the cold brew tea
1 heaped teaspoon Lapsang Souchong loose leaf tea
Leave to steep in the fridge for nine hours. Strain into a sterilised bottle and store in the fridge.
50ml Lapsang Souchong cold brew
50ml Campfire Cask Aged Gin
5ml Fresh lime juice
7.5ml Brown Creme de Cacao
10ml Vanilla syrup
Absinthe to rinse glass
Add all ingredients to a cocktail mixing glass half filled with ice. Stir for 30 seconds and fine strain into a cocktail glass.
