COCKTAIL RECIPES
PUD PUD Gins (Puddingstone Pudding Gins) are primarily our Christmas gins based around a gin we distill using Christmas pudding ingredients. Along with the regular PUD PUD Gin we use the base gin to create different expressions such as PUD PUD Cask (gin is rested in port infused ex-bourbon casks), PUD PUD Cherry (gin macerated with fresh, locally grown Horwood Cherries) and summer edition PUD PUD Cacao (a distillation of cacao nibs blended with original PUD PUD Gin adding notes of chocolate).
PUD PUD Cherry Gin forms the base of two of our favourite after dinner cocktails – White Herts (our version of a White Russian switching the vodka for PUD PUD Cherry Gin) and Black Forest (think Black Forest Gateaux in a glass!).
CHERRY GIN & TONIC
History
PUD PUD Cherry Christmas Gin pairs very well with Indian tonic but we also love serving it with Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic.
Ingredients
50ml PUD PUD Cherry Gin
100ml Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic
Orange slice garnish
Preparation
Pour PUD PUD Cherry Gin over ice and top with the tonic water.Add a slice of fresh orange for garnish.
