The PUD PUD range of gins are primarily our Christmas gins but there’s the occasional special summer release like PUD PUD Cacao Gin. If you’ve been gifted a bottle of PUD PUD Cherry Gin or treated yourself to a bottle here’s some of our favourite gin cocktails for you to enjoy.
FRENCH 75
History
Forget the Bucks Fizz and serve a French 75 instead at Christmas. Whilst it can be made with gin or cognac we naturally favour the gin version! Particularly when made with our PUD PUD Cherry Gin.
Ingredients
30ml PUD PUD Cherry Gin
15ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml Simple syrup
30-60ml Champagne or dry sparkling wine
Lemon twist garnish
Preparation
Combine the gin, lemon juice and syrup in a cocktail shakers filled with ice.Shake for 20 seconds until frosted on the outside.Strain into a flute and top with the Champagne/sparkling wine.Garnish with the lemon twist.
