THE MONUMENT
History
During a cycling holiday around Kerala, India we were introduced to the delights of a soda water, fresh lime, salt and sugar drink to keep us hydrated. The Monument cocktail features all those ingredients with the addition of our cycling themed gin – Domestique Gin.
Ingredients
50ml Domestique London Dry Gin
200ml S.Pellgrino sparkling water
½ Fresh lime
¼tps salt
¼tps sugar
Preparation
Pour Domestique London Dry Gin over ice, squeeze lime juice into glass, add the sugar and salt. Stir gently. Top slowly with the water.
