Book a gin distillery tour in Hertfordshire
Our distillery tours are held on selected Thursday evenings and need to be booked in advance. Your ticket includes two Campfire Gin & Tonics from our menu, a talk about the founding of the distillery plus a tutored tasting session of four Campfire Gin samples. Run by ourselves, founders Ben and Kate Marston, you’ll learn how we got from a hospital in north London to building and creating a distillery which produces a range of core Campfire Gins plus special and limited edition gins throughout the year.
Accessibility
Our distillery is all on one level. You can see the gin stills where we make our gin as you enter the building. Distillery tour evenings are seated events and we have space for one wheelchair per distillery tour. We also offer one free place for a carer or support person (soft drinks only), just let us know at time of booking. There’s an accessible toilet in a separate building.
Group bookings
Our regular distillery tours are small, immersive events for 12 people (small groups, couples etc) who join together for an evening of gin. Give the gift of gin with our gin distillery gift vouchers. You can buy a gin gift voucher specifically for a distillery tour or in denominations of £50, £20, £10 and £5. We can post physical vouchers to yourself or direct to the recipient but if you’re short of time we can also email a digital gin gift voucher. Perfect for last minute birthday or Christmas gifts but also great for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gin themed presents.
Visit the distillery and shop
Our distillery and shop are also open on Fridays and Saturdays 9.30am to 5pm. You may also find us open other days but that depends on production, delivery schedules and time of year! Pop in for a FREE, yes FREE, gin tasting – a minimum of four x 5ml taster samples of gin with or without tonic. You can purchase bottles of gin, miniature gins, gin gift sets with two Puddingstone Distillery branded gin glasses and gin selection packs. We stock a range of vermouths and Bitter Union cocktail bitters too. If you already have a 70cl bottle of Campfire Gin and it’s empty, bring it back for a refill. You can save £3 on the purchase price.
