Campfire Cask Aged Gin
£10.00 – £42.00
Before the Single Bottle Act of 1861, gins were often shipped and sold in oak casks, a process that added flavour, aroma and colour. Each batch of our Campfire Cask Aged Gin is rested in American Oak ex-bourbon casks. A juniper forward gin with a light touch of bourbon, notes of caramel and a vanilla finish. 43% ABV
Add a gin gift box to the 50cl bottle and make your gin present extra special.
Roasted hazelnut is a botanical ingredient in this gin but because it is a distilled gin the nut allergens are not present.

“A delicate balance of green herbs, lemon meringue tartness and hints of blossom and spice supporting a classic gin nose. Soft vanilla notes with gentle layers of flavoursome elegance.” Judges comments, IWSC 2020
Distilled in small batches at Puddingstone Distillery our Campfire Cask Aged Gin currently rests for 22 days in American Oak, ex bourbon casks sourced from Kings County Distillery, Williamsburg, NY. Our desire to ensure delivery of the best product possible means we carry out every part of the process, from selecting and preparing botanicals, distilling according to our own unique process, resting (the gin and us) to bottling and labelling. Then and only then we release each of these bottled treasures from our Chilterns based distillery so they may begin their own adventure.
Our favourite serve for Campfire Cask Aged Gin is neat, over ice. It also pairs well with Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic and Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola. If you don’t want too much dilution then why not freeze the mixer into ice cubes. To enjoy as a decadent cocktail our Campfire Cask Aged Gin adds depth and character to a gin Alexander cocktail.
Campfire Cask Aged Gin contains no added sugar.
