Description
For our negroni recipes check out our Ember Negroni and Old Bold Negroni which use Campfire Cask Aged Gin and Campfire Old Tom Gin respectively. The Ember Negroni is a combination negroni/boulevardier. The boulevardier is traditionally made with a bourbon whiskey, red vermouth and Campari. We switch the bourbon whiskey for our Campfire Cask Aged Gin which rests in bourbon whiskey casks for 22 days.
