Distillery neighbours

Puddingstone Distillery is located in the Chiltern Hills on the P E Mead & Sons Farm Shop and Café site in Wilstone, Hertfordshire. Not only do we have the farm shop as our neighbour but the Mead family are also producers of Chiltern Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oils.

The oil is grown, pressed and bottled by the family at Wilstone Great Farm where they have been farming since 1860. Rich in omega 3, 6 and 9 and high in vitamin E rapeseed oil is a healthy alternative to olive oil.

Stop in the café for a coffee and piece of cake and pick up a bottle of oil, salad dressing or a BBQ sauce at the same time or visit their online shop.

We are also very fortunate to have some other great neighbours – Moral Fibre, run by Jenny Maloney and Sherry Hostler Cake Artistry.

Moral Fibre create the most delicious hand made snacks that are high in fibre and naturally free of gluten, dairy and added sugar. I’m rather partial to a Figberry Ball now and again!

Her cakes are bespoke to you and made to your specification and requirements. Sherry is the recommended supplier to many prestigious venues across the country and she also designs cake projects for leading industry magazines.

And if you fancied having a go at making edible paper flowers, icing and stacking a tiered cake or maybe modelling a teddy bear then look out for Sherry’s classes run from the Artisan Workshops at the P E Mead Farm Shop site.
