Following another recent win for our Campfire Bone Dry Martini recipe, and by popular demand, our Christmas cocktail demo is all about this simple yet oh so complex cocktail. Dry, perfect, wet and dirty, what does this all mean?

Let us explain… and why we think James Bond is wrong to shake and not stir! We’ll soon convince you to throw away the celery and make space in your fridge for chilling the martini glasses, ready for when you fancy an evening aperitif!

A fun, informal and informative way to spend the afternoon sipping three different martini cocktails. Ben will demonstrate how to make each cocktail and you’ll get to try taster samples of each one.

We have two sessions at 1pm and 3pm. Each session will last approx 45-60 mins.
