Books are amazing but they do get us in to trouble. We wouldn’t have started the distillery had it not been for books! A recent literary catalyst for inspiration is the brilliant Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat by Samin Nosrat – mastering the elements of good cooking. For our next cocktail demo afternoon we’re going to master the elements of Salt, Acid & Heat in three Campfire Gin cocktails.

A fun, informal and informative way to spend the afternoon sipping three different cocktails with flavours focussed around salt, acid and heat. Ben will demonstrate how to make each cocktail and you’ll get to try taster samples of each one.

We have two sessions at 1pm and 3pm. Each session will last approx 60 mins.
