Enjoy a stroll around Wilstone Reservoir to see what wildlife you can spot with Anna, the Reserve Officer for Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust (HMWT) before heading back to the distillery for an afternoon gin tasting.

Distillery founder and head distiller, Ben, will provide an insight into the history of gin and how we use ultrasound, inspired by bats, to extract oils from botanicals. The afternoon wouldn’t be complete without trying a couple of delicious cocktails from our gin menu along with some samples, including our HMWT partner gin, Ultrasonic!

This event is truly a “wild” gin tasting!

All proceeds from this event will go towards supporting the work of Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust.
