Gin tours are back at Puddingstone Distillery
It’s been a long 18 months and every one has been so patient waiting for gin distillery tours to resume. We’re pleased to announce that from 7 October our Thursday evening gin distillery tours will begin again.
The dates
We have five evenings penned in so far before Christmas.
The tour evening
Each gin tour is hosted by myself, Kate, and Ben Marston. We are founders of Puddingstone Distillery and will take you through the history of gin, our distillery and how we distill each one of our multi-award winning Campfire Gins. You’ll learn about the botanicals we use and you’ll get to sample each gin including the strong one – Campfire Navy Strength at 57% ABV! You can also enjoy two Campfire Gin and tonics from our gin menu which will be served in a Puddingstone Distillery branded gin glass that is your’s to take home at the end of the evening.
Timings
The evening starts at 8pm and ends at 10pm.
Our location
Puddingstone Distillery is situated at the base of Wilstone Reservoir, one of four which fall under Tring Reservoir Nature Reserve. We are on the P E Mead & Sons Farm Shop & Cafe site about a 5 min drive from Tring High Street. We’re easy to get to by car or combined train and taxi from Berkhamsted, Aylesbury, St Albans, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Chesham and other surrounding towns and villages. There is plenty of parking at the distillery but we do advise booking a taxi or arranging a pick up if you plan to try all the samples! We regret that no cars can be left in the car park overnight.
Ticket price
The Puddingstone Distillery gin tour is £20 per person + booking fee. Only over 18s are allowed on the night.
Gin tour vouchers
If you have been gifted distillery vouchers use this booking form to book your place(s). If your voucher is stamped TOUR on the front and has an expiry date between 1 April 2020 and 31 August 2021 the new expiry date is 28 February 2023. Only vouchers stamped TOUR have an expiry extension. The expiry on vouchers stamped £5 and £10 on the front will remain as per that stated on the back of the voucher.
