Distilled using local juniper harvested from The Box Moor Trust Estate in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. £2 from every bottle of Box Moor Gin is donated to the Trust. Belted Galloway cows are a familiar sight on the Trust’s land and they are the inspiration for the bottle label and the Cookies & Cream cocktail. Casually referred to as Oreo cows the cocktail features Oreo cookies. Alternatively try Box Moor Gin in a Gimlet which enhances the lime in the botanical line-up and is a nod to Boxmoor Wharf – once the home of Rose’s Lime Juice.
