The Hertfordshire Cook Book
We’re delighted that Puddingstone Distillery is included in the new Hertfordshire Cook Book published by Meze Publishing. It’s 144 pages celebrating the amazing food and drink on our doorstep in Hertfordshire. The book features independent restaurants, farm shops, cafés, breweries and more. With a profile on each contributor and a favourite recipe you can recreate some wonderful dishes and gin cocktails unique to Hertfordshire.
Among others featured in the cook book are Lussmans (my favourite restaurant for steak frites), The Pudding Stop (a favourite for pudding lovers – myself included), George Street Canteen (who now have their own bee hives and honey), Fleetville Larder (Ed has created a superb deli since launching in 2017) and Chiltern Oils (as made by the Meads, our landlords at P E Mead & Sons Farm Shop).
The Hertfordshire Cook Book makes a great food lovers present and gin gift with a bottle of Campfire Gin and is available to purchase from our website or from the distillery on-site shop on Fridays and Saturdays.
