It was all about about apple cocktail demo
To kick off the Tring Apple Festival month long celebrations our latest cocktail demo session was all about apple. Our Apple Fayre cocktail created especially for our pop up dining last autumn was joined by two other cocktails which introduce apple flavours in different ways. Apple Fayre uses cloudy, fresh pressed apple juice from P E Mead & Sons Farm Shop (our landlords). In Autumn Spice Bramble we use a medium dry cider and the cocktail voted overall favourite of the afternoon, Grandma’s Apple Pie Eyed, combines Advocaat and Liberty Fields apple syrup. A thick and delicious syrup made just from apples, no added sugar.
If you fancy having a go yourself here are the recipes and if you’re having a do then why not make them ahead of time as they will all keep in the fridge for a few hours. That way you get to spend more time with your guests.
