Following on from the success of our December drop in demos, focusing on Christmas cocktails, we this time turned to three local bars, who also happen to serve our gin and asked them to create a cocktail they’d serve for Valentine’s Day. Over two sessions on Saturday 10 February the various tools and techniques required to make these drinks were presented along with samples of the finished product.
A huge thanks to the creators, Luke, Éamonn and Jamie for their contribution. We will be running more themed demonstrations throughout the year. For early notification of these, sign up to the newsletter.
If you fancy having a go at the Valentine’s cocktails, here are the recipes and for more head to the cocktails page of our website.
