Exploring negroni cocktails

You asked and here it is! To celebrate World Gin Day our next distillery cocktail demo explores the negroni cocktail. We’ll look at ingredients – gin (Campfire obviously but which one?), vermouths and aperitifs. Are the traditional equal measures of each ingredient best or is a modern twist more tasty? What about garnish? Does a dash of bitters add the finishing touch? Come along and find out.

Ben will demonstrate how to make three amazing negroni cocktails and you will get to try taster samples of each negroni! PLUS you’ll get to try a selection of vermouths neat!

We have two sessions at 1pm and 3pm. Each session will last approx 45-60 mins.

Tickets £5 per person + booking fee.
